I have been tracking down the hospital bills and ambulance bill for the wreck we were in 12/15/2016.
Today I was finally able to get a copy o the ambulance bill, and we have one more bill from GHCH radiology.
As soon as it comes in we will send it to Nationwide which is the insurance of the woman who rear ended us.
Step by step we have been getting this done.
Our car is on the shop being repaired right now and we have a rental car til it is fixed.
GHCH wants money as it has been over 30 days and doesn’t matter that the insurance company is going to pay, and I was very polite and asked the gal in the billing office how they can expect payment when all of the bills haven’t even been generated yet.today

thursday jan 5, 2017

so weird writing 2017, but am happy 2016 is over.

we are still turning information into the insurance company of the woman who rear ended us and waiting for word of what they intend to do.

i have a feeling this is going to take some time.

the driver of the other car lied.  she has been telling different stories about what happened.  she said she was sitting behind us at the red light and thought the light had turned green and started to go.   then she told the police the light had turned green and we hadn’t gone yet and she  started to go and ran into us.   none of this is true.  she came down off of the bridge and never even stopped and rear ended us.

then she told her insurance company and the insurance adjuster who we are working with she was worried about tim (the bald dude)  driving due his heart problems and that he was driving.

i almost laughed but stayed calm and told the adjuster that her insured is a liar.  my husband was in the passenger seat and the ambulance and police report prove that.

tomorrow and monday i will be emailing her about when they are going to fix our car and down get a rental car with no expense out of pocket.

it is taking time but we are getting there.

December 27, Tuesday

First update on our car that got rear ended-we got an estimate  from the body shop and the gals insurance will pay to fix it, which means they will also pay for the bald dudes ER Room expense from the wreck.

We have been doing the foot work ourselves and have not gone through our insurance company as they would raise our rates just for doing paper work.

I am happy to see 2016 end and 2017 begin although I am afraid of Trump an what may lie ahead.

Have a head cold and am taking it easy.

Blessings all.
